Day 96:
Roses are red, violets are blue,
do you have the rhyme the first line? I know the second you do.
Autumn has faded, now winter takes hold,
the heating isn't on, my fingers are cold.
Roses are red, roses are blue,
on Animal Crossing, you get gold ones too.
Roses are red, but probably not now,
at this time of year, they'll shrivel and frown.
These parsnips are dirty, these carrots have grime,
just give them a wash, and roast with rosemary and thyme.
Roses are red, my alphabet is alliterated,
I still find rhymes hard, as this exercise has demonstrated.
If roses are red, and violets are blue,
why are they called violets? They aren't violet.
They are blue.
If this is not the case, then this whole rhyme is a lie.
